5 Underrated Pakistani Celebrities Despite Their Marvelous Work

Underrated Pakistani drama Celebrities

Our showbiz industry has many names who are famous either for phenomenal performance or viral videos. Many actors and models have a strong fan base for their extra-ordinary work in their respective fields. But it is not the same situation every time. On one hand many people in showbiz got famous just on their appearance or they got popular because they have a showbiz family background. On the other hand, many talented artists are underrated besides their talent and marvelous work. They lack the interest of the audience because of not being in leading roles. But when it comes to talent and hard work, they are found underrated. Here are the underrated Pakistani drama celebrities who deserve more.

Samiya Mumtaz

Samiya Mumtaz is an unpopular Pakistani actress who has appeared in films and on television. In 1995, she began her acting career on PTV with the drama serial “Zard Dopehar.” In addition to Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan, Yaariya, Sadqay Tumharay, Ali ki Ammi, and Udaari, she is noted for her outstanding performances. She always outshines in her shows, whether it’s in a supporting or starring part. Samiya made her acting debut in the movie “Dukhtar.” However, she is still mostly unknown to the general public.

Adnan Shah Tipu

This unpopular Pakistani actor has appeared in films from both India and Pakistan. In Kajraare, directed by Pooja Bhatt, he made his Bollywood debut. Arshad Warsi and Jacky Bhagnani have also collaborated with Adnan Shah. He has around 15 films to his credit, the most well-known of which are Dukhtar, Welcome to Karachi, and Ramchand Pakistani. The wonderful thing about him is that, whether he’s playing a comedic, a negative, or even a tiny role, he understands how to make people laugh or cry with his performance. He has only achieved his current level of fame as a result of his extraordinary acting abilities and roles. And he’s still underappreciated!

Nimra Bucha

If you’ve seen Churails, you’ve probably spotted Batool, who is a strong woman who is also sympathetic to the misfortunes of others. If the character had been played by anyone other than Nimra Bucha, it would not have been as successful. She’s a Pakistani hidden gem, but she’s also not well-known. Traverse Theatre was where she began her acting career. Nimra has also studied acting at New York’s Bard College. Baandhi, Mera Yaqeen, Akhri Station, and Daam are some of her most well-known dramas. She has a long list of successful films under her belt, including Manto, Jeewan Hathi, and Ho Man Jahan.

Wahaj Ali

Wahaj, like Yumna, is a force to be reckoned with, but he remains hidden. Ehde Wafa, Ghisi Pitti Mohabbat, and Dil Na Umeed To Nahi are among his films. He began his career as an assistant director at Samaa TV, but he knows how to hold an audience’s interest when it comes to acting. He wasn’t well-known before Ehd-e-Wafa, but we’re glad to see him gradually edging away from the undervalued label with his outstanding performances in each drama.

Sanam Saeed

When it comes to recognition, Sanam Saeed, who is tall and attractive, is still a long way behind. Her acting career began in 2010 with the drama series “Daam,” and she rose to stardom in 2013 with the drama “Zindagi Gulzar Hai.” She is one of the rare Pakistani actors who has received praise from both sides of the border. Sanam made her film debut in “Bachaana” and went on to star in Cake, Dobara Phir Se, Mah e Mir, and Azad, among others. Cake received the Best Feature Fiction Award at the South Asian Film Festival. She has a singing and modeling career in addition to acting. She also appears as a background in season 3 of Coke Studio.
